We have a Survey123 survey being used in the field. It is connected to a web map and an internal Experience Builder project used by office personnel and reference for others in the dept.
Our users complete their survey and in the course of completing it, take a photo of supporting documents. As no two people take a photo the same way, resolution suffers w/ some jpegs difficult to read.
We have tried scanning the documents and inserting as .pdf but the difficulty is: when the survey is exported as a report to .pdf a .pdf cannot be embedded in a .pdf report. A .jpeg can be imbedded in a report and attaches and prints with no problem.
!!Here is my understanding and question: I know that editing permissions are set in the web map.
We want to give the users who will attach .jpegs, 'Named User' access to a copy of the (mentioned above) Experience Builder project where they will only be allowed to attach .jpg scanned documents and let them see but prevent them from editing the other attributes.
Is it possible to have the aforementioned copy where the jpegs are attached reflected in the Experience Builder project used by office personnel?
I hope that this makes sense.
I can send screen shots or attachments if it they will clarify what I am trying to convey.
Thank you one and all.
