Error Code: Insufficient Permissions 42000

Could anyone possibly add some insight or direction as to how fix this error message.

@BrandieHegler More context will help. From the screenshot, I assume you are using ArcGIS Pro to edit and save features stored in an enterprise geodatabase (eGDB) using SQL Server.

* If the eGDB was setup by GIS admin, consult them if you have permissions to edit and using the right credentials.
* If you are the admin and setup the eGDB, check if the right privileges were granted.
