Can you export data (.csv) from an ArcOnline feature with the true column/field names?

Question

Almost every export format uses column/field display names or truncated true names. The GeoFeature does export the true names, but it involves more steps to get that data into a .csv for manipulation in another program (e.g., R). Is there some way I can export .csv files of my data and have the true names listed?
