Right now, the requirement for Space Planner to view is to have a minimum of the Data Editor role according to: System requirements for Indoors Space Planner—ArcGIS Indoors | Documentation... The use case for the airport is to be able to go ahead and have employees be able to view where they sit without having to have a higher than viewer role because the number of licenses that are given for Creator and Contributor are limited and we want over a 1000 people to go ahead and view this application.
Hello @msrinath, the Indoors Viewer application provides the ability to view office locations and is accessible to Viewer user type (and Indoors User user type) which would achieve your objective. May I know why you would like them to use Space Planner?
