Automate FGDB Backup to AGOL

Hello ESRI Community!

I am needing to take monthly gdb backups of 2 survey hosted feature layers in AGOL and want to automate that process. I was wondering if ESRI had any available notebook or if anyone in the community has code they've created to complete this process?

Ideally, I would like to schedule this notebook in our ArcGIS Online and write the output to a folder named Survey123 Backups.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!
