Story Maps Journal Pop-up windows with Android phones

We discovered a problem with the Story Maps journal pop-up windows on Android phones. When scrolling the data on the pop-up window, the attributes won't refresh well and are staying in the background.

Is there a way to avoid this? Or is it bug?
