Sharing map server features and saves credentials

Question

I have enterprise portal at 11.3. We published features in a map from pro set to share with the organization. We need to share the features to another software so when we brought it into AGOL we choose to save the credentials option. We go to open the map in AGOL though it acts like it will open but usually warns it can’t open several of the features and some may partially open but can be seen or popups don’t work and it crashes giving a warning. In reading the logs no real clear issue though timing out is part of the issue. We tried limiting number of features still occurs.

Thanks for responding. We are working with a software vendor that needs to consume some of our utility features in an AGOL map. We created a map in Pro and published to our Portal and set the sharing to organization.

When we go into AGOL to add item > URL and click to save credentials.

It works or it says it does. But when we go to open the map to view it takes forever to open and some features will usually not show but give a warning "can't add xyz feature or only partly add the features then they disappear. We also get this error message at the bottom.
