Opening Pitemx file in ArcGIS Pro

I am logged-in on ArcGIS Pro using my company's Enterprise Portal. I need to open the sample pitemx file of Naperville Electric Utility Network. When I am opening, its prompting for ArcGIS Online credentials which i dont have. Is there a direct way to open and view the webmap?

Unfortunately, I believe the answer to your question is no.

Assuming you are trying to access this web map, although it is 'shared with the public' it seems all the data not, and no way to bypass that. You'd most likely have to ask them directly for permission for access.
