Please add the <meta name="viewport"> to Experience Builder applications. AccessibilityChecker.org flags the absence of this as a failing element when running accessibility checks against Experience Builder apps.
We are also having issues with this in most of our ESRI related web map/apps and widgets. When ESRI updates their products, they need to do it for more than just ArcGIS Online.
