ArcGIS Monitor 2025 - does it report mapservice crashing

Wondering does ArcGIS Monitor 2025.1 have ability to monitor and report when a mapservice crashed or is not responding?

Hi @AntheaTung,

Another metric to consider is the Requests Failed - which shows the total number of failed service requests on a service component. This is anther indicator that something might not be working correctly with the service.

Hey @AntheaTung

There is a Metric on the mapservices called Requests Timed Out (req) which would be able to show you when a request is timing out, along with a Requests Failed (req), you could set up an alert with these to check if they pass a certain threshold to inform you.
