We have some use cases for what I am calling "Temporal hotels". By this I am describing a hotel that has a time component as well as a space component.
Our organization has more people than office space, and we have set up Indoors as our hotelling / reservation solution. However, some groups share the same space, but on different days.
We would like to be able to take a given space and allow different sets of users to reserve on different days.
For example:
Assign 20 cubicles to a hotel. Allow one group of people to reseve on M,T and a different group on W,T. Let both groups reserve it on F.
Perhaps it could be controlled at the hotel level by including days of the week and allowing units to be assigned to more than one hotel. Create one hotel called "Hotel A" configured to only accept reservations for M,T,F.and assign 20 units to it. Create a second hotel called "Hotel B" configured to only accept reservations forT,W,F and assign the same 20 units to it. Different groups of people can then be assigned to the two hotels.
