Export table after join

Hi Everyone,

I have a standalone table (buildings) from Excel brought into Pro, create a feature class from it using the "XY Table to Point". Then I generate a "Near Table", then run two "Join Tables". When I get to the point of "Export Table", I lose the attributes from the feature class (buildings).

I've seen this issue in a few posts and have taken the advice to ensure my model runs including the suggestions of: using "Join Field" instead of "Add Join"; adding an "Attribute Index"; and finally "Table to Geodatabase". And do I really need the "Attribute Index"?

I have run the model up to the point of "Add Join (2)" in the screenshot below, yet it does not complete the intended final table when run past that, so I'm thinking either at the point of "Export Table" or some setting prior, is causing the issue.

Any assistance, especially with just settings and not delving into Python, would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey if it helps anyone, the workaround that enabled me to get to my final product was simply doing the 2 joins at the end of the process, after doing the add and calculate fields. Guessing some type of lock or otherwise may have not allowed it to process according to the model steps previously posted.
