Add Thousand Separators on Layout Grids

It seems it is no longer possible (as it was (in good ol ArcMap)) to add thousand separators in layout grids labels....for example, when using meters in NAD.

This capability is already available with ArcGIS Pro. Adding a thousand separator to your grid labels is done using a formatting tag.

Here is a screenshot of how it looks in ArcGIS Pro.
