When printing a map in EB, is there a way to include any popup window the user was selecting?
Users are currently doing a screenshot, but they would like to use the Print button.

Your best alternative to printing a popup would be to use a Feature Info Widget. Then you can print using your built-in browser options or have a Button that links to Print Preview.
