Importing Geometric network validation rules to the Utility network

I have geometric network with 7 tables of rules for checking QA/QC, i want it to use that in the UN, i have found Import Attribute rules tool for bulk uploading, my question is, do i have to generate attribute rules for each and every row? or can i do that in a single go?

Okay in the geometric network all my rules are in the format of a tables so , so how can i do validation checks in the data reviewer? so i dont need to do in the attribute validation?

I am not familiar with the ArcMap process that uses that table for validation. What process/tool uses it?

My suggestion would be to look at Data Reviewer and recreate these these validation checks.
