View raster band-4 near infrared in ArcGIS Pro

ArcGIS Pro 2.9.5; mosaic dataset Oracle 18c 10.7.1 EGDB; or .TIF tile/file

It's my understanding that some ortho imagery is 4-band RGBN; the fourth band is near infrared:

• First Base Solutions orthos (Canada)
• Ontario GeoHub orthos 
  For example, DRAPE 2024 - Digital Raster Acquisition Project Eastern Ontario (DRAPE) 2024 - 1km Index, SCOOP 2023, etc.

How can I view the fourth band in ArcGIS Pro? When I drag an image from Catalog into a map, I just see the first three RGB bands, not the fourth near infrared band (RGBN).

Is there a way to make the image show up as red-coloured imagery, similar to the old Ontario CIR imagery? https://geohub.lio.gov.on.ca/documents/ccb2eb76a7b94fbc9e998d940a9cb471/about

I can change the symbology: change red from Band_1 to Band_4. That can be done in the Contents pane or the Symbology pane.
