Can you utilize the Emlid Flow app as a provider for offset data collection in Field Maps? If not is that option in the works?
No, I believe Field Maps only supports Bad Elf, Eos Positioning Systems and Spike for offset data capture in a third-party app:

It's possible to integration Field Maps and Survey123 for more complex data capture scenarios like this one.
