Hello, it appears that Esri default and custom print templates have disappeared. Is this a known issue?

Hi @ZaraMatheson . Thanks for getting the default print capabilities back on. Is there more clear documentation on how to get a layout file created from Pro, and added as a file (.pagx) content to ArcGIS Online and have it available for use? This is not a layout template published through an Enterprise Server, but one that is uploaded, shared to a Group... pagx isn't loading as a print template option. Appreciate the clarification and help.
