Does anyone know how to export a web map from ArcGIS online (into some file format), so that it can be imported into Portal?
There is also the Esri ArcGIS Online Assistant that will probably do this:https://ago-assistant.esri.com/
pretty sure this will do it for you.
Or you can script it:http://server.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/example-copy-content.htm
Or the geo-jobe tools probably will do this:http://www.geo-jobe.com/admin-tools/
