I got a personal use license to brush up on skills I have not needed to use in my last position. Companies are asking for examples of my work in relation to Experience Builder, I just tried to share with a friend who has an esri account a web app I created with the tutorial, but they say they get an error about not being part of my organization? Will I be able to share my public web apps? I have my AGOL and the web app both set to public. #https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-experience-builder/resources
You also need to make sure that the webmap and any layers within it are Public.
