How to set a particular field as default while pulled in contents

Hi,

I have a FEMA raster layer which I ranked (classifies) based on the frequency of flood and named it as FEMA_ranked. However, when I pull this layer in Map view, it always shows the 'Zone_SUBTY' of the layer. I have to go to the symbology and select the field as 'Value' to show the ranked value of the layer. What can I do to immediately show the value while pulled in the Map view and the layer will appear in the content pan as the second image?
