Hello. I am seeking some assistance with ArcGIS online. I had a co-worker informed me that he doesn't have "Maintenace" on his home page and how can I add it to his home page? I am a creator and administrator while he is a viewer. Thanks!
I'm assuming Maintenance is a group on AGOL and your coworker is not a member of that group. Verify that he is a member.
You can also verify that when he logs into AGOL, he is taken to the home page by checking his profile settings and setting the start page to 'Home.'
What do they see if they don't see this and do they normally log in to a URL that opens in a different tab such as content?
If they log in and click home from another tab such as content does this make a difference?
Do you need to scroll down to get to this layout on your homepage?
