Scale-based symbol classes: Allow for single symbol symbology

I love scale-based symbol classes, but I really would like to be able to set them for "Single-symbol" symbology.

I would love to take advantage of them without having to symbolize by Unique Values (or Graduated symbols), especially because as it currently stands, you are unable to add scale-based symbols to the "All other values" class.

Please let us use scale-based symbols for single-symbol symbolization.
