Error 003570 - Detect Change Using Deep Learning

Question

I am trying to use the tool Detect Change Using Deep Learning (Image Analyst), and I am getting this error when I try to use one of the pre-trained models that are available for download. I'm having a hard time finding any information about this error. I just installed all the deep learning libraries, and have had success running other tools, so I don't think that is the problem. Any suggestions?

Whenever one installs a new version of ArcGIS Pro, say 3.3 to 3.4, one must also install the latest deep learning libaries as well.  You can download them from here - GitHub - Esri/deep-learning-frameworks: Installation support for Deep Learning Frameworks for the ArcGIS System

To confirm have you installed the correct version of the deep learning library for your version of ArcGIS Pro?
