Export Data not honoring settings

Question

I have a Table on AGOL where the "Settings" are set so the "Export Data" section is set to the "Allow others to export to different formats" is unchecked. However, within the "Overview" section of the item, the "Export Data" option is still available to allow users to export the data in various. I believe unchecking the  "Allow others to export to different formats"  is supposed to prevent that "Export Data" option from being present. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Ah, it looks like that explained it! I am an admin on the account that published the data. When I set the layer to be publicly available and then opened it from a different AGOL account, it correctly didn't now show the "Export Data" option. Thank you!!

Any chance the other users are administrators in your organization?  Restriction-type settings generally aren't honoured for admins.
