Hi,
I am unable to open DGN file in ArcGIS pro 3.3.2 but it is opening in ArcMap 10.8.2. Kinldy let me know what may be the reason.

I was also unable to open .dgn extension files in ArcGIS Pro, although they opened successfully in ArcMap. I suspect this issue may be due to older DGN file formats not being fully compatible with ArcGIS Pro.
I discovered a workaround: compressing the DGN files within MicroStation enabled me to open them in ArcGIS Pro.
