'Zoom' action not available for Portal data on Enterprise Dashboard?

I'm trying to recreate an ArcGIS Online dashboard on Enterprise. I cloned the data I used on ArcGIS Online to Enterprise, however, the 'category selectors' in my dashboard don't give me an option to use zoom as an action.

Is the 'zoom' action only available when data is hosted on ArcGIS Online?

Hi Erika,

I opted to make additional layers that were entirely transparent and 'dissolved' on the attributes I wanted to zoom to. It's not ideal, but since you are able to zoom to individual features and can filter other layers based on a source field, I was able to approximate the functionality. Hope that helps!

Did you ever get an answer for this?  We also have Enterprise Portal 11.3.1 and the zoom is missing for the category selectors.

I appreciate the help! We are on Enterprise 11.3, and my dashboard uses an Enterprise hosted feature layer view (both of the sources are also hosted on our Enterprise).

The support article you provided seems to state that this problem was fixed with Enterprise 11.1. Does my problem stem from my layer not being hosted on AGOL?

Unless there is a way to aggregate features when using the 'Features' Categories from parameter, the workaround in that article won't work for me. I want my dashboard to allow a user to select by state and zoom and filter to all the features in that state.
