I am having a problem with PowerAutomate getting any layers to popup. It will not let me select any layers and never populates. It will error out with a massive long error message. Is there anyone else having this problem?

This may not be extremely helpful, but at the very bottom of this trace it is showing a 509, which is a bandwidth exceeded HTTP code. How many layers do you have? It could be exceeding the API limits.
