Progress Bar with Percent and ETA standard for every tool in Pro

I have noticed that not every tool in Pro has progress bar that shows the current status in percent for example as shown below. It would be nice to have such a progress bar with percent done and ETA as a standard for every tool in Pro to get idea when a tool might finish running.
