Elevation Controller for filtering vertical data in 2d maps

Saw this feature in Qgis release and think it would also be useful in ArcGIS PRO:

Make it possible in the GUI to filter DTM data.

Bonus points for: 

• Making it possible to choose an over/under color (instead of making it transparant).
• Apply the filter to the legend (bounds)
