1:M Inspection table - how can I add historic records (many) to fixed asset (1)?

I have been assigned to append historic inspection records to a new fixed asset. Specifically, I have a form that created a point for each inspection record for an asset, now the asset is a fixed feature that many inspection records can be collected for. I need to "append" the 1:1 inspection points to the new 1:M inspection table for the fixed asset feature.

The form is Survey123, but I am trying to use ArcGIS Pro to perform the edits.
