Create a Junction Junction connectivity association between water assembly and Water Junction

I have implemented a model in which the Meter Stations are in the WaterAssemblies and these are related to “Service Connection” in the Water Devices. I tried to define a “Junction-junction connectivity” but the Water Assemblies do not appear in the options.
Is there any way to create a “Junction-junction connectivity” for the WaterAssemblies ?

What you want to do is create a containment association so the Meter Station contains the Service Connection. Junction-junction connectivity is a connectivity association used for connectivity between junction and devices. Assemblies don't have any connectivity, they only act as containers for content.
