my popup formated with Arcade does not display the date and time

I have created a react application, I have a popup but for some reason the values from the $feature['DATE_TIME'] does not show on the popup. Basically, user clicks on a UFO feature on the map and the popup displays the information. I cannot seem to figure out where is the error in the popupTemplate on line 78. My code is on a repo on github: my-ufo-sightings-react-app
