Tested this feature out and it keeps failing. How do we troubleshoot the cause of this failure; there is no information aside from error saying "spatial filter failed"?
I'm getting an error attempting to filter points by which ones fall within a ring buffer that I also created in the same Excel tool.
Ensuring the name of the output feature layer has no spaces didn't resolve this issue.
Hi, I was doing the items you talk about in the blog. I seem to have troubleshooted the problem and posted my solution below.
It appears that the problem has to do with my Result Layer Name. If I have spaces in the name I get the spatial filter error. If I remove the spaces or use underscores in the name instead then the analysis works.
