geotagged photos will not open from popup

Hello - I had no trouble opening my geotagged photos from the popup yesterday, but today I can't get them to open. I don't know what I did differently, so I'm hoping the screenshot will help. I really need to see the enlarged photos directly from the map. Any ideas? Thank you so much!
