Here is a line chart that I made that is similar to the example you provided:
I checked "smooth line" and "label lines" to match the appearance of your example chart.
This chart has time along the X axis instead of station name, like in your example. To have station name along the X axis I recommend making a bar chart instead of a line chart, like so:
