Now, the amount of metrics that can be recovered in a collection feature service is limited to 1 day only . I would like the number of days to be increased and not just 1 day.

With this restriction to only metrics from the last day, the collection feature service, which would actually be a useful addition to the ArcGIS Monitor for external applications, is unfortunately useless for the vast majority of use cases.
Chiming in to agree on this one. We'd love to build richer dashboards in ArcGIS Dashboards on ArcGIS Monitor data, such as being able to interactively drill down on an individual service - which you can't do in a Monitor Analysis (outside of the date filter, you can only hardcode queries). Along with the fact that the Monitor API is not officially documented/supported (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-monitor-blog/how-to-access-arcgis-monitor-data-through-the-api/ba-p/1371918) - you're very limited in what you can do with ArcGIS Monitor data. So we'd love to see 1) collection feature services with much longer retention periods (at least 30 days) 2) richer dashboard capabilities in ArcGIS Monitor analysis views to match ArcGIS Dashboards and 3) a fully fleshed-out documented, supported API capable of fetching all metrics data.
