(10.7.1) Is there a way to bulk-assign groups to members?

I am adding a bunch of accounts and would like to avoid having to assign groups manually since that's error-prone. Unfortunately adding members from a text file doesn't have a groups field: Add members to your portal—Portal for ArcGIS (10.7 and 10.7.1) | ArcGIS Enterprise 

Is there a way this might be possible?
