Date axis guides were added as a feature to ArcGIS Dashboards with the November 2024 update to ArcGIS Online. This feature will also be available starting with Enterprise 11.5.https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/ops-dashboard/analytics/use-date-axis-guides-to-highlight-key-dates-in-dashboards
