Federating Windows ArcGIS Server with Linux Portal

Hey all!

Wanted to double check that federating an ArcGIS Server 11.1 installed on a Windows Server machine to a Portal 11.1 installed on a Linux machine is supported.

That is not supported or recommended. Please make sure that the OS supporting an ArcGIS Enterprise deployment is consistent throughout all the servers involved.

@BillShoop it will work but webgisdr, the utility to backup your portal content, will not work if ArcGIS Enterprise components are installed on servers with different OS.
