With a regular polygon FC, Catalog has an Export right-click option:

But annotation FCs don't seem to have that option:

Could the Export right-click menu option be added for annotation FCs?

ArcMap 10.7.1 does have the Export context menu option for annotation FCs:

So it seems to be a parity issue in Pro.
