It's my understanding that ArcGIS Pro automatically creates supporting files and folders in the same location that the Project/APRX is located.
Is it ok to store multiple Projects/APRXs in the same folder? Or should each Project be stored in a separate folder to avoid conflicts with the supporting files?

I have the exact same question, we ran into a conflict with multiple aprx files in the default directory
