Hello,
I run a small cemetery mapping business and use the ArcGIS online environment to implement the solutions, and my customers receive a login to my arcgisonline organization as data editors to use the applications I build them. Basically, the content I build them gets put into their own group, they have to navigate to their group's content and find their applications. But their groups sometimes have the webmaps needed to build the applications, and I don't want them messing with those webmaps and breaking the configurations. I realize I can make another group that just has the applications they need. I'm curious as to what other options exist for getting my customers (who are typically very unfamiliar with anything to do with esri operations, they just like the applications once they're built) easy access into their solutions.
Is there a best practice scenario I am unaware of? Should I build some login for them in my website, that takes them to their agol login and automatically redirects them to their own applications?
I appreciate anyone's advice and scenario examples.
