Adding Threshold Line to Guage in Dashboard

I would like to add a threshold line to a guage based on another attribute. Below is an example of what I would like to do. This guage is comparing actual progress (50%) with the projected value (70%). 

Is there any way to do this with Arcade? Is this option available in another app such as Experience Builder? Is this planned in a future release?  I appreciate any help you can provide.

You can kind of do this using "Guides" in the Gauge settings. See my example below. It doesn't give you the option of a label on the gauge itself but you can add some text above for clarity.
