In dialog boxes, default keyboard focus to affirmative option

In most PC programs, you can usually confirm an action by hitting enter/space. This isn't the case in every part of ArcGIS. For example, the fields view defaults to Discard, resulting in a mildly infuriating re-do of several changes this morning.
