fill function when set parallel processing not 0

Question

arcgis pro 3.0.2

windows 11,windows 10 22H2

when i run the fill function and set parallel factor not zero.

i encounter this problem.

it quickly passed without any warning or failure code.

however if i set the parallel factor to 0, it can run, but too slow.

i also changed the tmp folder follow the official guidance to D: 	mp. yet still failed

There were other points in the help topic that needed to be addressed.  It is unclear from your initial message what the problem is since you seem to have a valid output and the message window doesn't report an error

i have change the tempfolders as D: \RasterCache. still cant work :( .
