Web Image Layer is not editable

After the ArcGIS Pro deploy the layer into the Enterprise portal as web image layer, I tried to open the web image layer in portal and want to edit the it via web. It is not allow to save and only allow to save as. What can I do to make the web image layer is editable in the Enterprise portal for site admin?

Hi, Web Image Layers aren't editable, they're a read only view of the data.  You need to turn on feature access if you want to edit the data.
