Any way to add arcade expressions to every map/layer?

Hello, I have an arcade expression that is to be used on just about every map and layer we use. I noticed that when I add an expression in the pop-ups, I have to re-add it to every single layer again and again. Is there a way to add an expression permanently in so that I can select it on layers? Thank you.

I agree that setting up an attribute rule could be useful here.

Permanently, no. But you could use a tool like the ArcGIS Assisstant to edit the visualization settings of all your layers to include an Arcade expression in their popups by default. You could also use a similar process to update the layers in existing maps. You'd have to apply the change to every new layer you make, but if you put the expression into the layer's default settings, the expression will get pulled into any map when you add the layer.
