In the screenshot I see the analyzer 20027 showing. When you see any analyzer like this you can click on it to open the help which you can find here as well https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/analyzer-warning-messages/20027-layer-uses-advanced-renderer-settings.htm
It looks like this is expected based on the help. I would switch the renderer to a supported one to ensure it is carried over to the web scene.

The help link I provided in the original reply lists the supported renderers. This can all be changed on the symbology pane https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/symbolize-feature-layers.htm#GUID-2EF8EC60-C399-46C9-86E2-18A137B69439
