How to read all devices contained by the selected StructureBoundary using ArcGIS.CoreHost .Net application

Hi Team, 
I am new to ArgGIS utility network. I am writing a small .Net console application using ArcGIS.CoreHost.

I need to know how to read all the devices (Electric device layer elements) contained within the specified StructuredBoundary.

If any sample code snippet, it will be very helpful...

@Vikramwhat API/SDK are you using to build your app? It may be better to ask this question in the ArcGIS Pro SDK or the Maps SDK for .NET ?
